We act as Project Management Consultants (PMC) for clients running multi-disciplinary, multi-stakeholder developments — from feasibility and procurement through execution, commissioning and handover.

Underpinning our PMC work is a rigorous QA/QC and HSE practice. Documented inspection plans, auditable quality records, integrated health-and-safety management and disciplined cost & schedule control protect program outcomes against the risks that derail ambitious projects.
